|primary |name= }} שַׁעַל הוא מושב של תנועת החרות הממוקם בצפון מערב רמת הגולן. המושב שוכן לרגלי תל שיבאן, בגובה של 775 מטרים מעל פני הים. שמו של המושב הוא ראשי תיבות של המילים: "שב עם לאדמתו". עד שנת 1967 שכן במקום הכפר הערבי פרחתא, שננטש מתושביו במהלך מלחמת ששת הימים.

הגרעין שהקים את המושב, התגבש כמחאה על גינוייה של ישראל באו"ם בשנת 1976. במשך מספר שנים ישב הגרעין במחנה צבאי במזרעת קונייטרה. ב-1980 עבר היישוב למקומו הנוכחי.

כלכלת המושב מתבססת על גידולי שלחין (תפוחים, שזיפים, דובדבנים, ענבים לייצור יין) וכן על גידולי עדרי בקר וצאן ולול פיטום.
