נִיר מֹשֶׁה הוא מושב עובדים בנגב הצפוני־מערבי, השוכן מדרום־מזרח לשדרות וצפונית לניר עקיבא ומשתייך לתנועת המושבים ולמועצה האזורית מרחבים.
מקור שם המושב בשמו של משה סמילנסקי, שהיה חקלאי נוסף על היותו סופר ומכאן המילה ניר. המושב הוקם בשנת 1953 על ידי עולים ממרוקו שאליהם הצטרפו עם השנים גם עולים מאלג'יריה, ונקרא בתחילה "שובל מזרחי 1". שטחו של המושב כ־2,000 דונם.
