צדק","marker-color":"#808000"}}],"type":"FeatureCollection"}]</mapframe> בית מעצר אילת הוא בית מעצר הממוקם בתחנת משטרת אילת, והועבר לאחריות שב"ס בשנת 2006, במהלך העברת בתי המעצר מידי משטרת ישראל לידי השב"ס.

העצורים בבית המעצר מתקבלים ממשטרת אילת, ואסירים אשר כלואים בבתי כלא אחרים ומגיעים לדיונים בפני בית המשפט באילת.

בניגוד לבתי המעצר האחרים, שתנועת האסירים והעצורים אליהם ומהם נעשית באמצעות לוחמי יחידת נחשון, צוות בית המעצר אחראי להעברת העצורים בין בית המעצר לבית המשפט בעיר, ולתפעולו של אגף המעצר בבית המשפט באילת בשעות הפעילות.

בית המעצר מיועד לכליאת עצורים במרחב העיר אילת. כ-20 אנשי סגל בהם אנשי ביטחון ומנהלה משרתים בבית המעצר, הכפופים מבחינה ניהולית ופיקודית לבית מעצר אוהלי עוז.

ביוני 2021 נחנך המבנה החדש של בית המעצר.
