פרס גראמי לביצוע ה-R&B הטוב ביותר (באנגלית: Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance) הוא פרס גראמי, אשר ניתן על ידי האקדמיה הלאומית לאמנויות ולמדעי ההקלטה של ארצות הברית לאמנים מקליטים על ביצוע R&B איכותי.[1][2] הפרס הוצג לראשונה בטקס פרסי גראמי ה-1 בשנת 1959 בשם "ביצוע הרית'ם אנד בלוז הטוב ביותר" עד 1961, ולאחר מכן בין השנים 1962–1968, כ"הקלטת הרית'ם אנד בלוז הטובה ביותר". בשנת 2012, הוחזר הפרס בשילוב הקטגוריות הקודמות עבור ביצועי R&B: ביצוע ה-R&B הווקאלי הטוב ביותר של גבר, ביצוע ה-R&B הטוב ביותר של אישה, ביצוע ה-R&B הטוב ביותר של צמד או להקה והביצוע האורבני/האלטרנטיבי הטוב ביותר. הארגון מחדש של קטגוריות אלה נבע מרצונה של האקדמיה להקלטות להקטין את רשימת הקטגוריות והפרסים ולבטל את ההבחנות בין ביצועי גברים ונשים ובין ביצועי יחיד וצמד/להקה.[3]
הפרס מוענק לאמן. המפיק, המהנדס והפזמונאי יכולים להגיש בקשה לתעודת זוכה.[4]
